single family unit, suitable for families with children.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a prestigious residential
building with a garden and exclusive parking place; recently renovated, it is
equipped with medium-high quality finishes and furnishings.
On the first floor there are: a large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and three balconies.
On the attic floor, which is connected from the living room with a furnished staircase, we have two rooms and a bathroom, one room is furnished as a relax area with 2 bunk beds, in the other room there is a double sofa bed and a children’s play area.
Exclusive parking is available inside the property where it is possible to use the car charging station for free and also the bicycle parking, therefore a short pedestrian access will take you to the entrance of the apartment, the owners grant a small space on the ground floor adjacent to the entrance to be used as a relaxation area or, if necessary, for outdoor dining.
BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED in the stay (tent with 2 chairs and 2
sunbeds).
