5. The structure complies with the most recent protocols referring to the collection of differentiated waste and consequently invites guests to respect the rules in this sense (see information from ERSU collector)
6. As far as possible we ask you to have a minimum of respect for the equipment and provisions of the management so that the guests who arrive after you can find what is necessary to spend a holiday without unexpected events like yours in this regard we invite you to inform us in case of breakage of equipment or various furniture, the management will not apply any sanction in this regard, except in the case of significant economic damage to the property unit (there is a policy for partial coverage of the damage suffered)
7. There is also an RC policy in favor of damage to third parties
8. As far as possible we ask you to pay attention to the energy saving of the users also in the collective interest linked to environmental pollution
9. Report any inconvenience and / or dangerous situations, in particular attention to children in the external areas belonging to the real estate and non-real estate units.
10. We invite smoking guests to kindly use the large outdoor spaces
11. The 4-legged animals accepted as above must have a non-disturbing behavior towards the other guests of the structure. It is absolutely forbidden to leave their leash free
